Lloyds contacted me looking to organise a headshot opportunity for the team members in Manchester with the goal of offering value as an employer but also unifying the brand presence online.
Having previously dismissed the idea of using the company colours as a backdrop due to a prior experience, in which the images didn’t live up to expectation or actually match the brand.
We decided to try the concept again but I guaranteed that the outcome would be suitable for their brand and offered a revision process in case they were unhappy with the final result.
Corporate Headshot Session
For Lloyds this final output was ideal.
Uniformity and consistency across the brand presentation with equality in representation across the individuals. The brand colour matches perfectly and compliments their marketing and is distinct in the marketplace.
Staff felt valued having had the time and professionalism shown in their individual sessions and they came away with an image they can then use on their socials such as LinkedIn, further expanding and representing the brand.
This lead to two further sessions being booked in locations outside of Manchester.
