Harley is a Manchester-based conceptual artist and commercial photographer, working with individuals, organisations and brands across portraiture, headshots, PR, editorial, corporate and event photography.
Alongside his commissioned work, Harley develops an artistic practice exploring identity, representation and contemporary culture, often using collaborative and participatory approaches to photography.

My rates are based on the specific requirement of the commission but generally they start at £150 per hour for the first hour then £100 per hour after that. I also offer several packages with Headshots starting at £150, Personal Branding from £495, Bulk Headshots from £35 per head, Weddings from £650, and Property & Architectural photography starting at £195. Discounts are available for block bookings and recurring commissions.

Yes, all of my services are fully customisable. The packages I offer address the most common requests, but I can create bespoke offers and quotes for commissions that don't fit into those packages.

The time required depends on the commission type and specific requirements. Generally, I suggest two to three working days. Personal Branding, Bulk Headshots, and Wedding photography typically take at least 5 working days.

I’m based in Salford but I primarily cover the North west of England. However, I do travel across the whole of the UK and overseas. Contact me to discuss details and for an accurate quote.
