Cancellation Policy

• Weddings are subject to a 25% deposit

• Deposits remain fully refundable until the end of the cancellation period

• Cancellation period ends 180 days prior to the date of of the commission

• Rescheduling remains free until completion of commission

• Certain commissions require the hiring of equipment and/or locations

• Commissions requiring hiring of equipment or location require a 25% deposit

• Deposits for commissions requiring hiring of equipment or location remain fully refundable until the date of hire

• Dates of hire will be discussed and confirmed during the briefing process and confirmed in the original quote

• Rescheduling commissions with hiring requirements remains free until the date of hire

• Rescheduled commissions are subject to the cost of any hiring costs incurred due to the rescheduled date being beyond the hiring period
