Photography Case Study - BGH Match

Working with BGH Match has been an ongoing partnership for nearly two years at this point in 2023.

In that time BGH Match has grown from a small networking meeting to one of the largest most highly regarded events on the Manchester business calendar.

Now taking place in unique venues in each of the Manchester Boroughs with dozens of attendees and recognisable speakers and presenters.

Our partnership began with establishing a consistent look nd feel to the imagery used to promote the events and to foster a perception of accessibility and community.

Achieving this was process of embedding myself within the group, establishing relationships and carefully observing the interactions taking place right there.

This was enhanced with a bespoke edit which has established the feel and look of the images whilst also being harmonious with the existing design language of the materials and brand.

The success of these images comes, in part, from the fast turn around allowing the organisation to market the event immediately after it happens creating a sense of FOMO.

Having photographed more than a dozen events together, this partnership has lead to commissions from other departments within The Growth Hub, something which I take as an indicator of the success of our partnership.
